But I'm back, Steelers dropped the ball last week against the Ravens. Now they get the Dolphins with former Steeler Mike "show me the money" Wallace.

Hines Ward BECOME ONE: Episode 12 - Pre-Race Nerves

This is the 12th episode in the BECOME ONE series, it is the pre-race nerves haunting Hines, you know a two-time Super Bowl Champion. Guess those nerves will always be there.

I have to say, for Hines Ward to go out and train for the Iron Man competition is kind of crazy to me. Since there is no way I could do this. Now if it's a Mile Run, 100 foot swim, and 2 mile bike ride competition, I'm in. Actually someone set that up, make it happen.
